1. Information We Collect

• Your baby’s Data: Tiny Kicks stores kick counts, session durations, notes, and the baby's name locally on your device using encrypted storage. • Personal Information: We do not require any registration, account creation, or login. We do not collect your name, email, or telephone number. • Billing Information: If you purchase Tiny Kicks Premium, transactions are handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for display and organization within the Tiny Kicks app on your device. Specifically: • To maintain your historical kick sessions. • To show you progress charts. • To generate PDF or CSV reports for your personal use.

3. Data Storage (On-Device Only)

All your tracking data is stored directly on your phone's internal storage and NEVER uploaded to our servers or any cloud service. If you delete the Tiny Kicks app, your data will be permanently removed unless you have previously exported it or made a device backup.

4. Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your Premium subscription status. RevenueCat receives a unique, anonymous identifier but does not receive your health or kick data.

5. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to delete upon request. You remain in full control of your data: you can delete individual sessions or your entire history at any time from the app’s Settings menu.

6. Children's Privacy

Tiny Kicks is designed for expectant parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Tiny Kicks is not a medical device. It provides tracking tools for informational purposes only. Consult your doctor or midwife for medical advice or regarding any changes in fetal movement.
